Parking Tips: There are free spots on Venice, ust west of Pacific and some on Pacific. Also there's a flat rate lot, usually $3 right there in the median at Venice & Pacific. The mixer is i the back room... Cu there!

Free Benefit at Danny's Venice for Project Nightlight, Thursday March 19

Featuring Venice Musician, Kathy Leonardo who will Donate 50% of CD Sales

An evening of FREE Blues and Jazz music with 50% of all cd sales from Venice musician, Kathy Leonardo donated to Project Nightlight, a local Venice non profit organization helping to fight against child abuse. The benefit is at Danny's Venice, just steps from the beach, between Pacific and the beach. Windward Ave. is a few blocks North of Venice Blvd. Some metered spots available (free after 6) on Windward and Pacific. Come out, enjoy yourself and support a worthy cause!

Janet's 1st Fridays Tips: Start out at the Opening Reception at the G2 Gallery, great environmental art and good eats and drinks at1503 Abbot Kinney Blvd., then move on to Zingara Trading a few doors down on the same side of the street where live music is happening on the front porch with cool clothes, accessories and great jewelry (affordable too!) at 1507 Abbot Kinney Blvd.The action usually starts around 7; some shops stay open later, some not.
