Venice Carnevale is an annual event that is at a private location this year (due to city budget cuts for the arts) and is a fundraiser so there can be  a public festival next year.

Fabulous Fun will be had by all on Saturday night, June 5 at a location 3 miles from Venice with costumed revelers, dj's and more!

How to Buy your Ticket:

There are 2 ticket donation levels (age 21 or over):

$15: Entry & non-alcoholic beverages

$35: VIP Entry and open bar

Venice Art Walk & Auctions May 22-23

This is the 31st year for the Venice Art Walk & Auctions with all proceeds benefitting the Venice Family Clinic! (The clinic is the largest free clinic in the US!)

 The Art Walk is on Sunday ONLY, May 23 from 10:30am- 6pm and the  Architecture tours are on Saturday and Sunday, May 22 & 23.

Let's get right to the Art Walk: there are artist studio tours all over Venice! Make sure to see Bill Attaway's studio (near Gold's Gym), Laddie John Dill's studio (one of the Founders of Art Walk - on Electric Ave.), Judy Stabile on Abbot Kinney, New Comers: Geraldine Neuwirth and Patrick Fraser. These are only a few of many...

Check out the Silent Auction, a great way to view a ton of great art, all donated by many famous and talented artists. In addition, it's a great way to start collecting. On a small budget? See the ceramics for great deals, I bought 2 ceramics pieces by David Hinnebusch 2 years in a row for an outrageously great price!

For those on a budget you can still enjoy Art Walk! There is an area at Westminister School on Abbot Kinney with live music all day, food, booths, the Artful Living Silent Auction (anyone can participate in this one) plus a raffle. Wow! On top of that many shops on Abbot Kinney and artists in the area do their own thing that anyone can go to- I call it the Unoffical Art Walk!
