Starting the blog as a pro-bono effort to help launch and build 1st Fridays in Venice, CA, in 2008 with the Venice Neighborhood Council and the Venice Chamber of Commerce. Taking the event from a small handful of locals to a astoundingly popular event that is know across Los Angeles, we expanded the blog coverage to Venice events, businesses, nightlife, art, shopping and community events and causes.
The blog has covered events such as the Venice Art Walk, Taste of Abbot Kinney, Abbot Kinney Festival, numerous Venice Festivals and Venice Art Crawl to name a few. This, in addition to blogging about clients such as: Figtrees Cafe, Ascended Living, The Harlot Salon, Pardee Properties, Sinners & Saints, & Venice Artist, Michelle Oppenheimer.
