It’s All About Venice!
(plus Santa Monica & Marina del Rey)
Abbot Kinney First Fridays Blog was started in 2008 as community project that successfully launched the 1st Fridays monthly event on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, CA. The AKFF blog successfully spread brand awareness and within a year the event attendance grew from a modest 50 people to over 1500 each month coming from all over Los Angeles. The blog organically expanded to cover Venice events, shops, restaurants, nightlife and continues reporting on events that are beneficial to the community, including: The Venice Art Walk, The Venice Home & Garden Tour, Taste of Abbot Kinney and more. Since there are so many exciting events and places to go it was natural to expand coverage to the Marina del Rey and Santa Monica areas. The great thing about the AKFF Blog is that it’s primary audience is based in Los Angeles – Angelenos who want to eat, shop and play in the beach areas! Plus, the AKFF Blog has Page 1 Google status for over three years in multiple search categories, providing a powerful platform for people seeking info on Venice, Santa Monica and Marina del Rey and advertisers who wish to reach them.
